Codon Science

The paper and the analysis in one room.

Codon Science sets up a room for your manuscript: a writer, an analyst and a reviewer, each an agent at a screen, with the draft, the latest figure, the analysis and the open questions around them. You direct them by voice or text. Your coauthors keep writing in Word, and nothing they do is lost.

Word stays Word

Coauthors edit the draft in Word with Track Changes, as they always have. Every save comes back to the project with their changes and comments, and the agents pick up from there.

Figures ready to submit

Figures are drawn from your data at the printed size, in Arial, and checked for text and line sizes before you send anything out. Nothing is stretched or scaled after the fact.

References you can trust

References come from the publisher's record by DOI or PubMed id, never typed by hand, and every citation is checked against its source before the paper goes out.

The analysis beside the writing

The analyst runs your pipeline where the data lives, on your Mac or your lab's cluster. Your data is read-only and never copied. The analyst proposes; you decide.

Every version kept

Each version you send to coauthors is kept exactly as sent. Open v12 again, or ask what changed since it, section by section.

Guardrails that hold

Agents write only within their role and never touch a submitted version. A paper moves to submission only when every check passes.

What's in the room

The draft, the latest figure, a summary of your last round of edits, the to-do list, the references to check and the analysis pipeline, each on its own screen, with the agent working on it standing beside it.
